Car Show 3 to 7 pm •  Free Concert 7 to 9 pm

Join 104.9 The River for the 15th annual  Hot Rods and Rock & Roll in downtown Columbus! It's a free car show and free concert held every year in downtown Columbus. Cars, trucks, hot rods, street rods, muscle cars and more! The car show starts at 3pm. Stay for the free concert featuring Rick K. and The Allnighters beginning at 7pm. Lots of local vendors will be on hand and plenty of food and drinks too!

104.9 The River will have the official Hot Rods and Rock & Roll t-shirt for sale, while supplies last. The River will also have free key chains and free koozies this year. (One per person, while supplies last.) 

Remember to bring your lawn chairs and maybe a light jacket for the concert, which will be back in front of the brand new Commons!

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To vehicle entries:

This year, the stage will be moved back in front of The Commons. Cars will enter from 4th street, 5th street and 6th street this year. Anyone bringing a vehicle for entry in the show is NOT ALLOWED to line up or park on Jackson Street as has happened in the past. Vehicles that want to be in the show will be lined up and organized in the staging area of the Cummins parking lot on Brown Street between 5th and 8th. As soon as the downtown area is ready and the vendors are set up, designated event staff will direct vehicles to the downtown area to park. Vehicles MAY NOT PARK in the lot at 6th & Washington this year. Vehicles MUST be parked on the streets.

We encourage those with vehicles to be entered in the show, to turn off their engines until the car show staff directs you into the show. We should begin parking vehicles between 1:30-2:00pm.
